Full-Time in Hungary

Our partner is a global consulting and training company, a provider of data and cloud services, offering assistance with all phases of data and cloud transformation, from enablement through implementation. They also operate as a training company, providing on-site and online courses worldwide. They train employees of companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Uber and many other financial and technology companies around the world.

Tasks:

  • Teach and train senior engineers employed by prestigious businesses both in-person and virtually
  • Ensure that the level of the educational programs is of the highest quality
  • Design, build and maintain educational programs
  • Engage with multinational organizations (EMEA/US) in resolving their data engineering, machine learning engineering and cloud migration issues
  • Act as a communication expert between collaborating organizations and groups
  • Master and transfer knowledge about new technologies quickly
  • Participate in tech interviews/tech mentoring

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • University degree, preferably in computer science
  • 5 + years within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
  • Deep knowledge working with Unix/Linux
  • Familiar with software engineering principles, such as CI/CD concepts, understanding of Distributed Systems, version control, data structures, basic networking, basic security, testing etc.
  • Tech Stack: Apache Spark; Python; SQL; NoSQL; Unix; Big Data Ecosystem and Cloud Technologies are advantages
  • Previous educational experience / Tech Mentoring / People management experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel (mostly in the EU)
