Our partner is an international company engaged in digital consulting and digital product development, mainly working on foreign projects, and is currently experiencing a huge growth. For this reason, they would like to expand their 60 person team with a Community Manager who will have the responsibility to forge a good relationship between the team members by helping the new joiners to integrate in the team and also supporting the senior members in order to maintain a happy and positive atmosphere in the office.

What You’ll do:

  • Be in charge of organizing and writing interesting, engaging text for a variety of internal channels including flyers, emails, slack posts, etc.
  • Planning activities: managing events that will strengthen the bond between team members, assisting new hires in settling in and spreading knowledge
  • Controlling the new hire’s integration process, running the buddy system
  • Organizing and flawlessly carrying out a variety of tasks at once, serving as the primary point of contact for the relevant service providers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from other departments like Talent Acquisition and Professional Development Team in order to identify and prioritize initiatives based on the needs of the community
  • Build relationships with the company’s other offices
  • Facilitate regular pulse checks such as monitoring mood, tracking direct and pulse check feedbacks, creating and presenting reports to leadership
  • Create merchandize

What are we looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Community Manager or other similar role
  • BA or BSc degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Economics or relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Hungarian
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, experience in public speaking
  • Practical experience in event planning and execution
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
